Tavern

Many of the townsfolk like to hang out at the tavern after a hard day's work.

Talk to Carson the bartender if you ever get stuck in the game, he will be able to give you some advice to help you find your way. He's quite knowledgeable about the game, so this is a good place to go for hints in general.

You can also buy food here, which will heal damage you've taken from monsters or the environment in the mine. Or you can buy a beer for posterity. The beer may not be up to the same quality as Pappy's Local Moonshine, but you'll find it satisfactory.

Nylmar the Wizard likes to hang out here as well, and he likes to help miners with Teleport Orbs or other magical things.

Side Note: The tavern was the first map ever created in Beldamos Miner. Carson may need to expand at some point because the building is a bit crowded, but the layout so far has remained the same.
