Snail Nursery

Naomi runs the local Snail Nursery, where they raise Snails.

Miners use Pack Snails to carry extra ore, but they also make a very nice pet! People the whole world over love their pet snails. You may even see a Snail Race from time to time, where snails compete for speed.

The snail industry has survived and thrived even after the Mining Company took over the town, thanks in part to the miners' demand for Pack Snails.

Naomi needs some help with expanding the Snail Nursery. If you talk to her, you may be able to help her out with her Quest.

Pack Snails

After completing the Snail Beds quest, Naomi will give you your very own Pack Snail!

Your snail will follow you arround wherever you go, and can help carry items for you.

Fortunately, these snails are a hardy bunch, and their shell protects them from heat and cold.

Snails like to eat Cave Fungi , and you can feed your snail by pressing "L" when you find Cave Fungi in the mine.

Try feeding your snails different musrhooms you find. It will eat any kind of mushroom, but it may like some mushrooms more than others.

If you feed your snail enough, it will be able to carry more ore for you! Snails will level up from being fed, and each snail level will get you one extra inventory space.
